Nisswa Yoga is a mobile yoga studio, led by Jennifer Smith. In person classes and workshops are held in beautiful environments, creating immersive mindful experiences. Jennifer also leads a collaborative of yoga teachers who teach private classes at resorts, event centers, and homes across the Brainerd Lakes Area of North Central Minnesota.
